• Previously served as CFO for Babcock & Wilcox Solar where he focused on profitability and served as the VP of Finance and Corporate Controller where he re-engineered the global accounting team
• Held multiple leadership roles at CBIZ, Inc. from 2004 – 2022

Life Outside of MAI 

• Serves as a Board Member for the Hilton Head Island Motorcoach Resort and for 1455, the Virginia Center for Literary Arts
• Enjoys sailing with his wife and two (adult) children and working on their 1930s farmhouse east of Cleveland
