Work Experience

• Joined MAI in 2024 as a result of the acquisition of Harbor Wealth Management (HWM)
• Founded HWM in 1988, where her role as Founding Principal, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer included client relationship management, strategic planning, and investment direction and selection for the firm
• Prior to HWM, Elyse was Vice President and Director of Operations with a large financial planning firm and worked in investment banking and corporate accounting

Life Outside of MAI 

• Serves as a member of the investment committee for the Humane Society of Boulder Valley
• Is a board member for the Burridge Center for Finance at the University of Colorado Boulder
• Enjoys an active outdoor Colorado lifestyle year-round as well as photography, gardening, travel, and her lab Harley and cat MC
• Enjoys spending time with her husband Barrett, her children, grandchildren, and friends
