• Served in the U.S. Army 3rd Armored Division for 3 years, including Desert Storm

• Active volunteer through the Middle TN area and is active within his church
• Avid outdoorsman who enjoys trail running, backpacking, tennis and golf
• Lives in Murfreesboro, TN with wife and two daughters
