Founded Girard Partners, which served as the wealth advisory arm of Univest Bank & Trust
Co-Founder and President of the Fairfield Group, expanding it into a $5 billion asset management company
Spent 17 Years in senior roles at Girard Bank (now BNY Mellon), including trust administration, tax management, and investments
