Work Experience

• Spearheaded the acquisition of McCormack Advisors International by his previous firm, BC Investment Partners, in 2007
• Developed a vision of becoming the best wealth management firm in the country by following three key cultural pillars –  taking care of clients, employees, and the community
• Guided MAI through an innovative partnership with Wealth Partners Capital Group and Galway Holdings, LP, developing a successful M&A strategy and closing 38 acquisitions as of June 30, 2024
• Under Rick’s leadership, MAI has grown from a firm of 50 employees with $900 million in AUM to a firm with over 550 employees and $34.0 B in AUM as of 9/30/25

• Serves on the Advisory Board of Anderson Dubose
• Serves on the Board of Trustees of the Playhouse Square Foundation as Vice Chair of Development and on the Nominating and Governance Committee
